EOI Short Term Contracts

Project Coordinator – Marketing
(7 month contract)

GM Consulting is a fast growing consultancy that works with arts organisations, not-for-profits, government organisations and corporates to deliver and produce events, marketing strategy and advisory.

With a busy summer looming, GM Consulting is looking for an experienced marketing and events all-rounder to temporarily join the team. GM Consulting works mostly in the arts marketing field, with a growing focus on producing events. The successful applicant will have some experience in marketing and events management and is able to independently work across multiple projects at once. An understanding of the arts and cultural sector is desired, as is the ability to work autonomously in high-pressured environments with positive energy. Some industry networks are desirable but not essential.

GM Consulting was established in February 2016 and has worked with a wide range of clients, most significantly on the program and production for the State Library of WA’s Disrupted Festival in July. Current clients include Fairbridge Festival, Perth International Jazz Festival, West Australian Local Government Association, plus a few more in the pipeline.

This temporary position is full time for seven months and there may be the possibility of ongoing work in the future.

If this is of interest, please send through your resume and a one-page cover letter outlining your suitability for the role including examples of past relevant experience and two referees.
